Building Permit Applications

Building permit applications may be submitted on line at www.us.clouldpermit.com/login  you can create an account and submit all applications and required information through the permit system and schedule inspections or submit applications  by email to the Code Enforcement Officer or at the Village Office at 117 Main St.

CONTRACTORS must submit their liability insurance and workers compensation form with the application. Contractors who are sole proprietors must submit a CE-200 with every building permit application.
