Painting with Shawn Dunwoody

Shawn Dunwoody is hosting a second special community painting event this Saturday, May 8th, from 11 am - 4 pm at 101 Main Street, Mount Morris to finish painting a mural that will honor our military, first responders and frontline workers.  All previous participants, ages, and talent levels are welcome. 

Please call 585-658-5036 if you would like to sign up for a one-hour painting timeslot.  Limited time slots are available to keep each painting group small enough to allow for social distancing. 

Please be sure to wear clothes you don't mind getting paint on.  Masks are required.  Everything you will need for painting will be provided for you.  Painting will be done inside, so there’s no need to be concerned about the weather. 

Shawn is the artist who painted the beautiful mural at the corner of Main Street and Rte 408.  This project is being done in a paint-by-numbers fashion under the direction of Shawn himself.
